Dr. Andrew MacDonald has been a successful founder, director, consultant, and professor for over 26 years. He has been the founder and managing director of his boutique, innovation, and design thinking executive consulting and education firm - Mieza Consulting, for the last 20 years. 

He is an active visiting professor in many renowned and top business schools, including Columbia Business School, University of Adelaide, and Duke Corporate Education, teaching digital leadership, innovation and disruption, design thinking, customer experience, and global banking programs.

Dr. Andrew MacDonald has been a visiting professor for the last 13 years and an academic director (on contract) for over six years with Emeritus. He is also a founder of Artisan Ai and was a director for the International Center for Financial Services in Australia for three years.
